You can try contacting the manufacturer of the scooter, Benzhou, to see if they have a rebuild kit available for the 2007 250cc model. You can also check with local scooter or motorcycle shops to see if they carry rebuild kits for that specific scooter model. Additionally, you can try searching online for aftermarket rebuild kits for the Benzhou 250cc scooter. Be sure to specify the year and model of your scooter when searching to ensure you get the proper specifications for the piston.

Consider who would have to know that date: the manufacturer, the dealer, printer of the user manual, sometimes battery manufacturers. Collect brand, model, any serial number on the scooter. Find the user manual. Try customer service. A dealer might know whenthat model was sold. Possibly the scooter's battery has a serial number and manufacturer. Car batteries have a date code. So do some other batteries. That is another possible route to check.

You should be able to find that out from the serial number and a call to the manufacturer.

Neil is right, the serial number is on the seat support. From that the year can be determined. It's mostly moot, as Pride only has a 1 year warranty, and after that, it Parts and Labor. Why are you asking?

The Pacesaver II owner's manual is available from the manufacturer at 800-255-0285. The name of the manufacturer is Leisure Lift. Be sure to give them the serial number because these products have changed over the years. The serial number is located on the controller box under the seat on the manufacturer's silver tag. Gordon The scooter should be still under warranty if it is less than a year old. Contact the provider where you got the scooter and ask them to come repair it. If they refuse then contact the manufacturer and report a warranty repair needed. If Medicare or Medicaid purchased the scooter they will pay for most of the repair cost if the scooter is out of warranty.
