Likely dirty drum

Are printout ok? Or blank too? If printout are fine the problem is located in the scanning section

Hi my hp cm2320 nf prints normally and prints when you press the color copy button. But it will printout only blank page swhen you copy black&white. You press the black&white copy button only blank pages come out. Any help

Remove the toner and wipe the small window that's above where the drum unit sits inside. That window gets covered with toner and makes light prints and blank areas.

this is problem with cartigdes only just installed new one and see.

If the paper feeds through but nothing is on it, it indicates that the toner is not being properly fed. Go to this link, type "printout is blank" in the Search window and click the search button. Next, click on the "Printout is blank" line, and review the document. Especially check that you have removed the seals from the toner cartridge (see steps 7 and 9 on the second part).

Run the cleaning cycle. If that doesn't work, try to use an alcohol soaked swab on the print head. Some of the jets are clogged.
