Hard Reset Konica Bizhub 600?

Our BizHub 600 recently started acting up. Now, when I reboot it, it sticks at the splash screen and goes no further. I can still print to it, but nothing functions on the display. Is there a way to reset back to factory defaults? I have a feeling someone changed something they should not have...

    I should add that I have the admin password, that is not the issue. Issue is I cannot get to that screen since the "Konica Minolta" splash screen never goes away.

    OK I was able to figure this out! Here is what I did:

    Power off unit using main power switch. Then, hold down Utility button and startup the machine. When the Reset Trouble button comes us, tap it and you will see 'OK'. Then press Stop 00 Stop 01 and that will get you into Service Mode. From there I was able to fix the issue, which was an incorrect DipSW setting.

Any reset will wipe the memory and network settings so I would recommend you have tech look at it and see if you can save all setting before wiping clean

To recover/change the Administrator password perform the following;
1. Enter the Service mode.
2. Press STOP-0-CLEAR to enter the Enhanced security mode.
3. Enter Administrator Password setting, and enter new Password.

When you reinstalled the upper and lower fused rollers mite have flipped the sensor so it's not riding on the fuser roller

What's your problem?i have Bizhub 600,when i make a copy, the Df, and scanner are working normally, after that you see in the screen (Read to accept another jop) and the machines does not copy p

When the last time the machine was cleaned in the drum area along with the associated sensors, when was the last time drum and developer replaced, every 250,000 copies drum developer should be replaced.

Konica Minolta Error code C-D351 on a Bizhub C250

Hi

I have come across this kind of problem.

Is your BizHub on the network? If yes, please switch it off completely, and take the Ethernet cable out of the BizHub.

Wait for atleast 30 seconds and reconnect the cable. Now start the printer again and see if the error message goes away.

Konica Minolta Bizhub 600 Malfunction Detected C-2807.

You need a service guy to stop by. Resetting the machine is a temporary solution only. Service will be able to print reports and see where the issue lies if it goes beyond just fixing a part.
