You can even look at the instructions that came with it.
When you try to locate satellites it could take some minutes before the device find enough to calculate the location. Please give it some time. Also make sure the watch is charged.
I have had the same problem, but got round it by first powering off the watch, then waiting a minute or so. Then I attach the clip, having made sure I have the pins exactly aligned before I let them touch the contacts. Even so, a slight wriggle might be necessary to get them properly seated. I get it to work one time in three this way - what a daft bit of design!
