My computer locked up, when you turn it on all that comes on is: SATA PORT 0 9500325AS LOCK. This happens every time I boot this thing up. It doesn't matter if I put the password in or not.

Are you sure your password was with all lowercase letters? Are you sure that as you type each keystroke registers on the screen? Watch the screen as you type your password slowly and make sure it moves with each keystroke. A bad keyboard will cause a problem with your password. If all the above does not solve it turn off your computer, then turn it on and hit the F8 key repeatedly until you see an option that allows you to log into Safe Mode. Take the Safe Mode Option and when it boots up hopefully and depending on your operating system it will give you a log in for the Administrator and for the user which you forgot the password. Log in as the Administrator and hopefully you have not password protected it. Once you log in successfully go to Start/Control Panel/User Accounts. Once you are in User Accounts, select the user account that you forgot the password for and select the option to Remove Password. Then restart your computer.

BIOS stops telling you lies. as all do like that and makes any PC dead or act strange from CHAOS off that.
the drive can be 14 years old 500GB, and is not self encrypting so your PC is BIOS incrypting or using bitlocker in windows encrytions, a bad idea. if the drive fails as 99% do this old , the encryption seems bad but in truth the drive is bad, (test the drive.
on any PC this old at tech does this, (or goes broke fast wasting huge labor in vain)
1: new coin cell first, or learn to test it no below 2.9vdc
2: we next test the HDD, using a good PC, your is not, so we move the hdd to a HDD USB dock on good PC

3: if the PC is still PW locked, to the HDD with a new HDD, or better SSD, that is BIOS locked
so we must undo that, after above tests are done and cures above,
