This is a common occuring problem what has happend is you have the ylod better known as the yellow light of death. This means the solder on the motherboard has come loose and won't supply the needed power to keep the system running so you need to either send it in for repair which is $110. It's gone for two weeks then back just as good as new
I'm afraid you have gotten the Yellow Light of Death ( YLOD ) you will need to have your PS3 repaired by a technician or you can Google YLOD and you will find a repair guide.
Yellow Light of Death. Contact Sony immediately. 800-345-SONY. My local repair shop won't touch Yellow Light of Death. If your system is out of warranty, Sony will offer to exchange it for a recertified unit for $99.
suppose green pods are dominant and yellow pods are recessive. two yellow podded plants are crossed. what can you tell about the color of the pods of their offspring?
The blinking is indicative of a failure within the pod itself. Take the pod to your local PC shop and have the techs there transfer the drive into a new enclosure, if it works there you're in luck, buy the new enclosure and you're up and running again. If not the drive itself may be the issue, if this is the case, respond with your location(Country, State and City) and I will be happy to connect you with a pro in your region to assist you with retrieving your data.
