You normally can't "create" animation in MS Word, however, you INSERT an animated picture file into your document. Here are the steps below to insert an animated clip art image into your document:

• Place the insertion point in your document where you'd like to have the animated graphic appear.
• Click on the INSERT Group Tab located at the top of the screen.
• Choose ClipArt (Note: if you have an animation file present on your computer, then you would select INSERT PICTURE)

• In the Clip Art Gallery, make sure that in the SEARCH IN: box that you have ALL COLLECTIONS chosen.
• Then in the RESULTS SHOULD BE: box select only MOVIES.

After you insert the graphic into Word, you may not see the animation until you save it as a Web Page and then Open it in your Internet Browser.

Try re-downloading the software (it should be free to re-download since you have already paid for it). Try to get clip art again. when it says insert disk, it should show a browse button where you can map to the file you just downloaded. if that doesn't work, run the installation file and do a custom install. You should be able to install the clip art through there.

If the drive has been reformatted and then written to, you can't recover
anything else from it now (there are companies who can try to search unused
portions of the drive for prior data at a cost of several hundred dollars,
but that would be your only option at recovery, and even that has no
guarantee that they could find any specific file, as it may have already
been overwritten).

When you install Word -- I think you must mean Word or Office 2002 or XP,
there was no 2002 version, but I think there may have been a Microsoft Works
2007, which included Word 2002 -- in the installation options, you can select additional components to install, including Clip Art. You can also access this through the Control Panel | Add/Remove Programs | Microsoft Office (or Works or Word, depending on your actual version). Select Change or Options (I can't recall, but your version will only offer 1 of those, so pick whichever one it is) and then open the tree to find the additional Clip Art and install it.

The Office XP and 2003 applications (powerpoint, word, excel, etc) may freeze or hang when searching for clip art. If repairing your installation does not resolve this issue, read on.

By default, microsoft assumes that when you search for clip art not only do you want to search your hard drive you also want to connect to the internet and grab related images from office.microsoft.com. Privacy issues aside, this can cause your computer to hang if the office web site is down or there are many online images returned from the search. Worst yet, it seams these images are not cached. Thus the same search will re-download all the images over and over and over again.

You can disable this feature by navigating to insert > picture > clip art and clicking on the drop-down selection box that says "Search all collections". There is a checked-box label "web". Uncheck it.

i downloaded a clip art program, yahoo is taking over my computer with a program called my.freeze.com, how can i remove this program. i tried to delete all free programs associated with the clip art download, but the yahoo my. freeze.com program is still there.

As posted on fixya, (see above) add and remove program will not fix it either.

I recommend to do a back-up. Save all your documents, pictures,and music.

Lastely, do a Reformat.

You may want to go to your clipart folder and see if there are any pictures in there.

If it is a free download like you said then you cannot get a product key. You could try downloading it again. You should get the product key when you start the download. It would only be a trial however.
