Your universal remote control should have a scan feature that will allow you to find a code to control your receiver. If not, additional assistance might be found here.

ok, what you need to do is take out your battery.....
it is suppose to be out for about 30 seconds to a
minute....however long that you choose.....
it is suppose to reboot your phone, its sort of
like restarting your computer....just try that and
then after you put the battery back in, just plug
in the charger and let it do it's thing.....dont turn
on for about an hour till fully charged.......
and if that doesnt work i would take it to
att to have them experiment with it
