I am not directly familiar with your particular tablet, but try this.
Locate the reset button's access hole - usually a tiny hole either on the back of the tablet or on the edge near the various ports and connectors. If you have a manual for the Tablet, it should tell you the location of the Reset button.
- Press the button by inserting a paperclip or similar GENTLY into the hole. PLEASE MAKE SURE IT'S NOT THE MICROPHONE HOLE YOU"RE LOOKING AT.
- You should feel a soft click when the recessed 'Reset' button is depressed. Hold it down for about 10 seconds, after which the Tablet should reboot itself, and hopefully will now run normally again.
- Note that you WILL NOT lose any data or settings by resetting your Tablet this way - it merely restarts the microprocessor which may have frozen.
