Just got a Polti Vaporetto 1020 from someone and cannot get it to work. One yellow light lit up and was on for a few minutes then turned off...and there is nothing...flip the switch on the handle, nothing...flipped other yellow button, nothing...any suggestions? or where I might get directions on how to use it? didn't come with manual. Hi i've had the same problem Put a phial of Kal stop into 1000 or 1500ml of water into the tank, let it heat up and it should break down the limescale of the solenoid. It's worked for me. Have a good evening;-)

With a torx screwdriver! There's nothing special about these screws except the shape of the hole in the head. Commonest size in small domestic machines is T15.
