Pump you are correct. This company should tell all of us that there is a hidden drain plug that needs to be cleaned out every so often so that we do not burn the pumps up on these front load machines.

Often when clothing continues to
stay wet, it is because your washer may not be reaching full speed during
spinning cycle or not spinning long enough. Let's try resetting your washer by
either unplugging it or flipping the household circuit breaker to the off
position. Please wait roughly ten minutes and then turn your washer on. Select
a normal cycle, allow cycle to complete and if resetting the power does not
correct the issue you may wish to reach out to a professional who is
best equipped to pinpoint the exact problem, which can often save you funds and
a headache.
ceck for kinks in the drain hose .if you have a wet vacuum try sucking on the drain hose, or fallow the drain hose into the back of the unit to see if there is a blockage or a belt off .. jay florida
Are the locking nuts tight on all 4 legs? If not, tighten all locking nuts after leveling machine. Also, place a glass of water about 18" in front of machine while spinning and see if water moves. If it does, you may have flooring issues.
Removed hose connecting to water pump at tub. Removed clog (ink pen, coins, etc). Replaced and ran washer. Ran through all cycles - no leaking, no pausing of cycles. Problem is resolved.
remove the front panel on the bottom look for a screw out filter bout 2 inches long youll see it screw it out clean the filter and reinstall the filter then the water should flow out on spin good luck
The heavy jacket prevented the washer from spinning at a rapid pace, so I added a heavy bathrobe to absorb some of the water and to balance the load. The washer then spun very quickly and drained out all the water.
The high speed spin of a front load washer should normally do a good job of getting squeezing out the water but if there is an oversudsing condition that makes it hard for the drain pump to operate then the suds and water will just stay there. First make sure there is no actual clog in the drain line then run a load with no soap or detergent and see what happens. It's always better to use a low suds detergent with this type of machine
