Wash. take off stems cut them into halves or quarters , place into zip lock bags or a sealed container. pop into freezer. easy !
you can blend them and put into a ice cube tray as a great way to add flavour to a fruit smoothie - keeps it cold without watering it down.
I have two ways of freezing berries ( strawberries included) The first one is to spread the berries on a tray, put them into the freezer, wait until they are frozen. Then put them into an airtight container, back into the freezer and use within three months . The second is, especially if making a jam later, to roll the berries in sugar then the same procedure .
