Sansumng reverse jam

Have you tired reversing it to clear the jam?

E010 is papar jam error...u need to see where it jam...

the eror is probably caused by dust or paper slivers somewhere or a open door or the paper trat not being in right. Open everythign up look for dust and stuff then makre sure it is all closed and the tray in in right. It should then reset and the error goes out.

Usually this is from dust on sensors or a tiny sliver or paper jammed somewhere. Can be quite annoying to find and get rid of.

there are sensors located in the paper cart area. try to check if there foreign objects obstructing your sensors.
