Camera wont initialize

Had you ever initialized (formatted) the card, especially when you first got it? If not, an unformatted card will work fine initially, but almost always corrupts with time after many pictures are added. To prevent this issue permanently, you should always format a new card. But note formatting will erase the card! If you haven't saved your pictures yet, and you're having trouble locating them on the card with your computer, see this article. After you've recovered and saved your photos, format the card IN THE CAMERA using the camera format feature (look for it in its menus). This will rejuvenate the card, and prevent this from happening again.

Okay this is completely on memory. With the button on the bottom pushed in the camera is waiting for your to rewind the film back into the canister after this is done lift the wheel (not the crank it can break) the wheel is just below the crank and the back of the camera will open so you can take the film out. Reload a fresh roll close the door and advance to the first frame you are back in business again.

I have the same problem - it wont take pictures in auto focus mode but will in manual focus?? Help!!

If that camera came with a disk for software, it will have drivers on the disk that have to be installed.

The camera wont go in record mode if the tape protection tab is over hole on rear of cass tape, maybe you ought to buy new tape and try again, very little goes wrong on those cameras my friend, there is nothing on market as good these days I can tell you.

TRY PUSHING TO AIM...IF LASER DOESN'T COME ON, SWITCH MAY HAVE SEPARATED FROM SWITCH TOGGLE

It sounds like you should try a new set of batteries in the camera. I have a similar camera and the flash is the first to go when the batteries are dying.

The same thing happened to me, I just called HP which took like an hour and told them what was going on and they walked me through trouble shooting steps over the phone which took another hour and then they mailed me a new camera and i sent them the old one with a prepirinted shipping label from them. this happened to me twice.

when i turn the camera on it says turn the power of and on again and the lens cover will not open
