This fuse powers the control system and compressor clutch. Odds are you need a new compressor clutch, but you can try a slightly larger fuse--no more tham 15 amps. If the light still blinks, have someone check the amperage at the clutch. Clearly, the clutch should not be consuming more than 10 amps. Quite possibly just blew TV fuse, but may have more damage, usually to the power supply circuit.
Unplug TV & remove back & do a visual inspection of all PCBs & wiring. your looking for physical damage, traces of arcing, parts blown apart or damaged/discolored.
Sometimes there is a fuse inside but they are usually thermal and reset when they cool. You said u blew a 60 amp fuse. Is that what the manuf reccomends? Check your remote turn on wire (blue) make sure u have power on the remote wire when you turn the radio on. only thing really left are the grounds

Hi
if a fuse blow there is a big chance that another fuse on the main circuit is blown also it should be on the protection unit.
need to take to service
There are too many places to look. A couple of the places would be under your seat, see if a ground wire came loose. If you can get it on a computer and see what it turns up as. If you do not have access to a computer (and I do not mean your laptop or desktop ) than you can goto any mechanic and they will have one to put on it but it will cost more than your going to want to pay.
There are no fuses in the thinkpad there are power transistors and i would think that the main transistor has blown. If a USB plug was faulty it is possible it shorted out when you connected the canera and blew the transistor. It could be quite expensive to have this repaired, especially considering you can buy a toshiba L300 for about $400.
The reason why fuses blow is that the current is too much. Is the fuse rating according to the specs ? If yes then ...
One or more output power transistor (or audio power IC) may be shorted.
have it checked before replacing another fuse as this might cause more damage.
