I could not figure out how to set mine either, it kept telling me military time. Does yours do that or can you not get to the menu to set it. Ill tell you how i figured it out and hopefully it will help you. Go to Menu, Go to settings, go to set time and date, make sure it is not one 24 hour clock, change it to twelve hour clock then itll give you the option to set the clock right and the date. Hopes this helps. Sorry if it doesn't.

How to set the time and date:
This unique watch can display month, date, time & minute.
1.Press A button twice. (Date and Time displays when press once)
2.When the month figure appears, press M to set the month.
3.Press A button once again, the date figure appears and press M to adjust the date.
4. Press A button once again, the hour figure appears and press M to set the time.
5.Press A button once again, the minute figure appears and press M to set the minute.
When you adjust one of among the month, date, time, minutes, just keep press A button until the desired figure appears and press M to adjust. Press M to see the date.
Generally A button is to select the function. (Month, Date, Time, Minute) M button is to adjust the function.
OK, I bought one over the weekend just for chuckles. I figured it out.
On the top of the calculator there is a key that shows a little clock. Punch it once and the date appears...like 01-01-2000 or somesuch. Press it again and the time shows up..
Hold the time set key (=) down for a second until the first zero starts to flash. All you have to do is start punching in the time. When you are done press the time set key again. Voila!
Punch the key with the little clock again and the date shows up. Hold down the time set key for a second like explained above until it starts flashing. Enter the date with the key pad numbers. Done!
I couldn't figure this out either till I looked above each key (didn't notice what it said). Anyway, look real close.
Hope it works out for all and everyone finds this solution...
When you pull the dial out, you can pull it out into two different settings. One will allow you to set the clock/time. The other will allow you to set the date (the day of the month). It took me a while to figure this out as well, even witht he manual.
