Contact your states attorney general office and file a complaint online. Hopefully if enough of these get through they will do something. I live in Ohio and this is their website http://www.ohioattorneygeneral.gov/ConsumerComplaint

Which element is it? Try to switch the infinite switch from another element. This will tell you if it is the element or the switch problem.

Right front burner only works on "small element". Large element will not come on. Do i need a new burner?

Hi Will Lawler - If the small element turns on but the large element does not, then more than likely, the range has a faulty burner or switch. If I was in your position, I would personally contact a professional for an accurate diagnosis and to assist with the repairs.

It is telling you that you have a problem with that element. Just like a "check engine" light in your car, it won't go off untill problem is fixed. Buy, and install a new element, easy to put in

Large electric burners not working on lowest "LO" setting

Unplug the range and remove the problem elements.
With a flashlight, look inside the element receptacle for burned or disfigured terminals.
If they are damaged they can be replaced.
If the element terminals are OK you have defective switches.

Small burner of dual surface(right front) stopped working.

Does yours have the (small large burner switch)? If so, try switching it back and forth. It could be defective or your small burner element is bad.

Open the door and just under the front lip of the top there are a few screws that secure it to the body. Then you have to pull the maintop towards you. Its secured by two clips at the back.
