first go to this link http://www.touslesdrivers.com/index.php?v_page=29 clic on lancer la detection than download a small application and install it after that you will see a new page with all iformaytions about your devices and there missing drivers just clic on the driver you want and download it directly form the website good luck DONT FORGET TO RATE :)
if this one ( http://support.creative.com/downloads/download.aspx?nDownloadId=1843 ), does not work please provide model number (eg. CTxxxx) (written on a sticker on the backside of the card or the card itself) or go to Device Manager right click on the"unknown hardware" > Properties > Details and write down the text in the first line (eg. PCI\VEN_xxxx&DEV_xxxx).
