The only way to get back into your phone is if you Hard Reset your phone.

WARNING
If you Hard Reset your phone, you will lose all your data, contacts, photos, videos, documents, text messages, phone call logs, etc.

After resetting the device, it will be as if you just taken it out of the box. Nothing will be on the phone and you will have to re enter all your contacts, settings, applications, etc again.

If you forgot your phone code, what you can do is to have a hard reset. Hard reset means restoring the phone back to its original factory settings. if you do not do a factory reset, then you cannot change the code. It is the only way that you can change it. To do a hard reset on your Samsung GT-C6712, do the following steps:
1. Turn on your phone.
2. Open your dialer/dial pad.
3. Type: *2767*3855#
4. If there will be a confirmation message, just choose Yes.
5. Wait for the process to finish.

I think you'll have to hard reset your device, in order to get passed the password request procedure. You, most probably, know that a hard reset will return your device to its factory defaults, thus deleting all the applications you have installed, as well as all your personal data and settings. Anyway, to hard reset your device, press and hold both the SEND and END buttons, and, whilst keeping them pressed, press the reset pin with the stylus pen. Release the keys when a confirmation request screen comes up. Follow the on-screen instructions (if I'm not mistaken, confirm the hard reset procedure by pressing the SEND button).
