Replace the drum unit, most likely the drum cleaning blade has failed.

IT all depends on the location of the paper jam. The usual causes are bad feed rollers and fuser units.

This can be caused by a few problems.
1. dust in printer: get blower an blow the printer out.
2. Paper stuck somewhere in printer: look as error and where paper jam is in and inspect that part of the printer
3. faulty sensor: replace sensor

error refers to memory on print cartridge that cannot be read. Replace toner cartridge.

This error refers to the fuser or fuser drive motor. Try replace the fuser. If the error remains, try changing the fuser drive motor. That should fix your problem...

in my personal experience Squeeking or noticable squeeking has manily from the Output Assembly
