My 07 Chrysler 300 (Standard) steering wheel locked up while car is in drive. I was unable to steer,(car coasts), lights still on, full tank of gas. What is causing car to cut off out of nowhere? This is...

If I understand you, the steering wheel will not turn. Or is it that it is hard to turn? If it doesn't turn at all, I would not drive the car at all until it is repaired. If this should happen to you on a turn or when traffic stops in front of you, you could kill someone. It is not uncommon for a car to go into a slow speed mode, but what you describe is very dangerous.

After a rainstorm & car was in two ft of water.....now everytime i turn steering wheel or go over bumps....i hear alot of sqeaks...why is this happening just overnight?

What we used to do in one of the Eastern European countries is just to turn the vehicle over for wery short period of time.
I believe that you do not have equipment for such a trick, so just ignore it for now, and in couple of days it'll dry out.

Good luck

VW touareg steering judder low speed left/right turn

Sounds like you have air in your steering system. I would start by looking for any leaks on your steering system like hose to fitting crimps, steering pump, etc. Check your steering fluid level to make sure it is full and also look for bubbles on the dip stick. If everything looks good, start the vehicle and turn the wheels all of the way to the left and then to the right. Do this while the vehicle is in park and repeat at least 5 times. This will work out any air in your steering system. If the problem persists then the power steering pump may need to be replaced.

Steering problems with my 98 Chevrolet k1500

There is a unit in the steering column called a steering speed sensor. Replace it and all is well. I had to do it on my 1998 Chevy at 140,000 miles and all is good. Have since done it on another 1500 and it corrected its problem too.
