I am having same problen. The tablet runs slow to begin with, so lags do make this even more frustrating. After I would press the Instal Button, it would allow me to select Accept on the next smal pop up window the download progress bar never initiated at all then a small pop up window flashed error retrieving information from server RPC:S-7:AEC-0

Why cant i downdload apps free
Mate same with me, I tried to uninstall some of my google factory settings but my phone wouldn't let me so I stopped them from updating and after a while I started getting an error code 491 when I tried downloading apps from google play store. I googled 491 and found this link that showed me how to fix it, If it starts happening again then just repeat this link....CHEERS..

Try downloading games and apps from Play Store and not from Google Play. Me myself, I like Play Store, because you can see it download and when it is ready it gives option to Open or Uninstall.
