I cannot print in color and when i print a test page it says I have no color support.
SOURCE: Xerox phaser 7760 streaking
to fined out what the problem could be you need to open a word doc and sent a blank page to the printer. from this it will show where the problem is in the printer
if u still get streaking it couls be a faulty toner and it may not be the cyan toner either. i would give the fuser unit in the printer a check. if there marks on tthis unit i can cause this problem as well

That is normally caused by a bad developer housing.

First off on your screen access troubleshooting, and perform the remove light strips and also remove smears and skips.
Next go to Xerox.com, under support and drivers enter 8560 in the search box. then go to the support page.
You want to look up the procedures for TEC color correction. And follow those steps.
If you are using a generic ink then, all bets are off in getting true color reproduction.

Hello!
I had same problem and it was driving me crazy. Try this one:
Control panel -> Devices and printers -> xerox printer with mouse right click
Printer properties -> Options
From list you'll select configuration and it gives you drop down menu and from menu you need to select your printer.
I didn't try this one yet because more solid ink is still on the way but this gave me all printing options back. Before basic printing mode was selected.
Funny stuff, uh?

There is a snippet on the Xerox website to solve
imaging unit recognition problems, link below.
http://www.support.xerox.com/support/phaser-7760/downloads/engb.html?operatingSystem=winxp&fileLanguage=en_GB
Usually this problem only occurs if the NVRAM has been reset or the engine
board has been replaced without backing up the NVRAM.
You can download the snippet to your printer through Centreware or by
downloading the 'File Downloader' utility from the same page above.
Hope this helps.
