sc 672 Controller-to-operation panel communication error at startup
Possible Causes
? Controller stalled
? Controller board installed incorrectly
? Controller board defective
? Operation panel connector loose or defective
? The controller is not completely shutdown when you turn the main
switch off.
Check the setting of SP5875-001. If the setting is set to "1 (OFF)", change it
to "0 (ON)".

SC 672 is a controller error. So possible is tat the controller board is defective, in best case can be only the ram memory dimm's or the HDD but in most cases the controller board is dead.

SC 670 - Engine response error.
After powerig on the copier machine,a respons is not received from the engine .possible defect controller board or SBCU installed incorrectly.Try reset the code to turn ON/OFF the main power switch.

1. Go to this code with "Clear Mode"+107+"Clear/Stop" hold for 5s.
2. Go to System Settings
3. Go to 5875
4. Check the setting of SP5875-001. If the setting is set to "1 (OFF)",change it to "0 (OFF)".

Try checking or changing the thermistors!
The metal contact spring on the thermistor broken causing all sorts of 'unrelated errors including 'Please Wait' sc 670 and sc 402...

Controller to operation panel comucation error at start up.Check the controller stall,controller board installed correctly operation panel connectors.Enter im the service menu ,press the SP mode,open the front door,turn off the copier,unplugged the machine.Wait 10 seconds,plugged on the machine,close the front door,turn ON the copier and make a copy.
