THERE ARE TWO DIFFERENT ANGLES WHEN YOU LOOK THROUGH THEM. ONE SIDE IS HIGHER THAN THE OTHER. WHEN YOU LOOK THROUGH THE LENSES DO NOT MIX TO MAKE ONE CLEAR PICTURE.
The binoculars are out of collimation (alignment). It is a problem that requires a repair center. In order to properly adjust them they need to be taken apart and aligned using a collimator. Not something one does at home. If they are under warranty send them back. If not a proper repair will cost more than a replacement.
