What kind of cell phone is it? It's a smartphone, right?
If you're using an android, you can simply download pictures from your phone to your computer by connecting them via a USB cable. Then drag and drop the pics to your PC.
If you're an iPhone user, you can finish the transfer via iTunes or 3rd party iTransfer tool.

You can either transfer your photos and videos to your computer first (See your NOKIA Lumia 521 Users Manual), and then transfer them from your computer to a MicroSd card that is used with your 8" Aluratek Digital Photo Frame

Your NOKIA Lumia 521 phone supports a MicroSD memory card with a capacity of up to 64 GB. When you take photos and videos using your phone, store them to the Memory Card directly. You can then simply take the memory card out of the camera and insert it into the Aluratek Digital Photo Frame for viewing.

Try sending the photos to a cloud service on the web, then transfer to a memory card that could be inserted into the Photo Frame. If the phone has a memory card you can get an adapter to upload to a PC then back to a memory card for the Photo Frame.

There are many ways to transfer your picture fies from your phone to computer.

First, You can use bluetooth from to phone to pc, if your pc have bluetooth device.You have to activate it first.

Second, If your phone has its micro sd card and you have a card reader,kindly remove the card and place it in your card reader then connect it to your pc.

Third, If you have a usb port cable that is compatible to your pc and handset, you can also use this.Connect the usb to the pc and there will be a message prompting on your phone asking to "transfer pictures", You have to select transfer pictures and the picture folder will be on your pc.

When you connect the usb to the pc.....the phone should be asking if to do "transfer pictures".

select transfer pictures and a folder will be on you pc....select that

 if  u taking about transfering pictures from  phone to computer then u need MOTOROLA MOBILE PHONE TOOLS SOFTWARE .  if u havnt got that with phone arrange it 4rm market .. install it then try to transfer pictures their is an option .. mutimedia .. u can transfer pictures   through  that .. both 4rm hnadset to Pc OR 4rm PC to handset ..........
