Screen is flickering an purple, ghost like negitive image. previously saved pictures are fine to view. however pictures taken with the purple haze remain this way. so camera is virtually useless.
Let's try Initializing the Camera.
If you're able to access the Home Menu select the SETTINGS in the Home menu.
Then, select the MAIN SETTINGS under the SETTINGS.
Then, select the Initialize option under the MAIN SETTINGS to initialize the Camera.
If the issue still persists try Power Resetting the Camera.
To Power Reset the Camera, First, please turn OFF the Camera.
Then, remove the battery pack from the Camera.
Then, press and hold the POWER button on the Camera for 30 seconds.
Then, reinsert the battery pack and check whether the issue is resolved.
If the issue still persists service of the Camera is required.
