Question about APC Back-UPS ES 350 - UPS ( external ) - 350 VA - UPS battery lead acid - 6 output connector(s) (NEWITEM13161548) UPS System
My old unit was about 4 years old and had replaced the battery a few months ago. Began getting a low battery warning after a few months. Decided to change out complete unit. Received and installed exact replacement unit and after a few weeks (maybe 4 or 5) I'm getting the same low battery warning. I tried unpluging some of the appliances from the battery side but doesn't seem to change. The voltage is about 120 when plugged in but drops to 106 - 105 when you unplug the power, and drops about a volt every 15 or 20 secounds. is there anything else I should try before going for a replacement battery
If you dropped it the wire may have come off ,,,its just a slip on connection,,,,mine beeped,,,whined and blinked,,,,took off bottom and replaced the wire seems ok now,,,,I shouldn't have dropped it

Have your supply voltage and frequency checked under load.
