Machine will not run doesn't seem to be getting power

Did you get it started into the foot really well before starting to sew

Sometimes you also need to change the foot as well for monogramming. Do check this in the manual.

Are you sure your machine is an RX-204B instead of an RZ-204B?

if you have to undo the clutch to wind the bobbin, then try undoing the clutch again & then retightening the clutch & see if that helps & if it doesn't help the machine needs to be checked

Have you installed new needles recently? Also, sometimes old thread causes a problem,. Or the needle size/thread size are not compatible.

No, it seems like you haven't listened for the click of the bobbin locking in place when you put it in.

Change the needle first and make sure it is in the orrect way round, failing that you will need to have the machine retimed

Hi, I've got a necchi sewing machine too, not the same model as yours.
you said you were sewing denim & the machine jamed & bent the needle, it's sounds like the machine is out of time, sometime it doesn't take much to get them out of time & would have to be serviced by a repair shop with the tools needed to fix the timing.
