50 in samsung DLP and periodically the picture blinks off and on

I have a 50 inch samsung DLP and periodically the picture will go black for about a second and them comes right back on. When the picture returns it says 1020X1080i60Hz in the top left hand corner of the screen.

One of the display blinking lights?It said bulb or lamp?If yes,ur projection bulb need it replaced,it life exspan,it over.It require a new projection bulb.

Samsung 61" DLP 3 Blinking lights.
all 3 lights blinking means lamp has a fault the service manual says replace the lamp. If you need the service training manual for that model let me know and I will post the link as the training manual has excellent trouble shooting breakdowns for that model DLP
