My BOSE 321 GSX, was working just fine. I was listening to a CD and started storing it, then someone else tried to stop it, and pushed the on/off, source and eject buttons at the same time. Since then it seems to be blocked it tunrs on with the starting message: [BOSE 321[, but after a few seconds of playing any CD or DVD it stops an turns off. Wht can I do?

You can open it up and see if you have broken the ac/dc converter. disc tray could have jammed it up. if you dont know much about them then try calling customer support. ^^

My bose 321 worked fine for 2 years, now part os the sound is missing when playing dvd's. that is the main problem

i called the shop to make an appointment for repairs. They advised me to unplug it for a while and then try again. That solved my problem.

Bose 321-GSX.

Not familiar with unit, but you can try a couple of things. Have you tried to play DVD's and CD's? If they both don't work you may have a laser problem. You can also hook up an external DVD/CD player to the coax and/or optical inputs and see if that will work. If this does, than you can still use the unit with an external source component. If that doesn't work you may need a new unit.
