Isso é um erro de firmware.
Existe uma actualização que corrige isso. Se tiveres acesso a descarregar os firmwares e se souberes como fazer... O teu problema está resolvido.
Contudo aconselho que ligues com a assistencia tecnica. Contacta com a Ricoh portugal e eles enviam-te um tecnico que saberá fazer isso.

If you feel this horrible work just replace star wheel unit..
Em primeiro lugar, eu so formatei ate agora Nokia 6600 e nokia N73 com os mesmos codigos. Mas tu podes usar o mesmo codigo para alguns outros telemoveis. Faca o seguinte Apos carregar bem o cellurar.
1 _ desliga o celular 2 _ volta a ligar o celular.( em seguida pressione logo nas seguintes teclas: Verde de atender, tecla 3, e tecla ASTERIX *. tudo ao mesmo tempo...) ate sair um sinal k seu celular esta ser formatado.
Se nao der, digite os seguintes codigos.. *#7780# ou *#7370#
Se a tensão das saídas estiverem abaixo de +5 volts então muito provavelmente é um resistor queimado! Tente descobbrir algum resistor queimado que conduz a tensão positiva de +5v sb da fonte(fio violeta) às saídas ps2 e usb, ou ligar um resistor de 10 ohms da saída da fonte(+5v sb) ao +5v(fio vermelho) das saídas usb frontais na placa ou em qualquer outro lugar disponível.A tensão baixa não permite que o teclado seja reconhecido no início.
