All question need full 'make model (what it is)', in that order and properly capitalized to help you. The current jumble of words and letter is confusing my search query. However, from my 50 year career in catering I can tell you that if this is a Rational Combi Oven they can only be serviced by factory trained technicians.
When my last one was purchased for $48,000 (Plus $16k to run power, drainage and water [in an airport]) I asked the rep how reliable they were? He told me very reliable and only needs a yearly service. It broke down 6 weeks later. Great machine though and the self cleaning feature is just wonderful.
E for electric 61 for model/size CD ummm, control type? 02/08 I think is feb 08, but I would like someone else to confirm that please? Also, what is service history, did it have a good water filter? was the tank flushed daily and descaled annually?
