AEG MCD2664E-m - plate not turning

I have brand new MCD2664E-m microwave. When I power and start it, the plate does not start to turning on. I tryed with glas of water - water become hot, but plate does not start to turning on, I checked position and couplingn of all plate accessories - everything seems to be OK. I tryed without plate, but even in this case the axis does not turning. What can be the reason for this? Is there have separate fuse or connector for plate turning machanism?

There is no separate fuse only for turntable motor. Usually there is two fuse, one in High Voltage section (instead fuse could be HV protect diode) and another one for 220 V (light, turntable motor, fun motor, display....). If light work normally then is turtable motor faulty.

This can be due to wrong choice or fault in the power supply ,main board or the magnetron.
You should try with a preset selection and if the microwave works then the fault relates to correcting the power to time settings.

Brand new microwave lights up plate turns around everything works except nothing heats up! Please advise!
If everything works, but no heat sounds like the magnetron circuit has failed. Since it is brand new, just take it back to the store and complaint that it does not work, and ask for a refund or replacement oven.

My built in AEG electrolux microwave has started arcing (only 3 years old) and the flexible plate covering the stirrer appears to hve a tear in it - what can I do? I live in Northumberland, UK.
The plate should be an insulator and NOT causing the arcing.

Arcing is caused by EITHER not having enough food load with moisture content, OR using containers that have METAL in them INCLUDING bowls with metallic decorations or silvery/gold painting.
