Connect your Phone to Data Cable (that came with your Phone, if didn't you'll have to go to a Computer or Phone Shop to buy it), then connect your Cable to your Dell Computer. In seconds, you'll find your Phone's Memory Card being displayed in list of Removable Storage of your Computer (In Computer or My Computer Folder). Open it and select the Photos you want to be copied onto your Dell computer and then press Ctrl + C (Or right click anyone of the photos, after selecting all the desired photos and click copy), then choose a location on your Computer where you want to accommodate your Photos and press Ctrl + V, or right click and click Copy.
For more information you may see User's Operation Manual of your Phone.

Transfer photos from Canon Power Shot A610 camera to Dell computer

Connect the camera to the USB port on the computer (computer and camera should be turned on) and wait. Put the camera in view photo mode and then push the button the looks like a page and an arrow sending it off to the right (this is to upload photos and videos to your computer). The computer should detect the camera and find the driver and load it. Then it will open a window/screen on your Dell saying it can download photos and ask what to name them (or the folder) and if you want to delete them from your camera or keep them on there. I would keep them until you know how this works and where to find them on your computer. You should have a cable that came with the camera that has a small end that connects to the camera end (open the soft gray rubber rectangular opening to locate the connection point). The larger end is for the USB port on the side of a laptop or the back of the processing unit of the desktop unit (tower). Hope this helps you out.

Dell photo p703w all in one printer won't print

Try turning your printer off, then turning it back on. This usually helps, also you could try to make sure that your connection with the your computer is stable.
