Question about Whirlpool GS6NBEXR Side by Side Refrigerator
I have a Whirlpool Gold side-by-side refrigerator/freezer and the right side (refrigerator) door has dropped down about one half inch. Everything works fine but the door simply isn't aligned.
Can you tell me what's gone wrong and how to fix it?
You need to replace the cam or riser on the bottom of the door, part is less than 10.00. look at the bottom of the hinge, one of the two pieces of plastic will be shorter than the other. call local dealer for the part.

You might need to replace the door...If this is the case, fight with whirlpool to get it cover under warranty as this is a manufacturer's defect. You'll need to have a whirlpool repair tech come by and document it. We got it covered and it's a good thing we did since it cost us $500 just for that alone and $100 service call.
