Dropped my ps3 giotech sc-1 remote, L1 does not respond now

Just set the time, and the problem is gone. When you swich off, it will display "good-bye", then current time, then completely off.

I have giotech ex-02s and when I hook it up to my ps3 it won't charge how do I fix this?

OK this might be a internal error the cable to the cd may of been removed,maybe during the making the calbe was not in correctly it is recomended to phone sony.

Something happened when you took it apart. Either you dropped a piece, or the pieces are not lining up properly. Take the controller apart again and double check to make sure that everything will touch the contact points they are supposed to touch as you put it back together again. If it still doesn't work, then you might have accedentally damaged a lead on the little circuit board inside it, and at that point you will probably have to buy a new controller.

you have to go in to the proramming mode of the remote to change this feature. you can access this by holding all 4 buttons on the remote at the same time. (or if you have the P button on the back you can hold it down by itself) you will hear 2 long beeps confirming the programming mode. at this time, you can change the settings by pressing 1 of the 4 buttons., each button will change a different function.

in no order------
1. Beep/vibrate or both
2. page or not to page
3.back light
4. hood, truck, or both

the remote will give 2 long beeps when it exits the programming

It might be that coincidentally the battery was dead when it popped out.Try changing it

For the RCA RCR412S you might find that it doesn function like the manual says it should be functioning. In my case the Direct Entry method didn't work with my Sharp TV or my Panasonic VCR. I then had to figure out how the Automatic Search method worked because the manual was incorrect. Here is how to program the RCR412S using the Automatic Search method:

1) Turn on the component you want to control (TV, VCR, DVD)
2) Press and hold BOTH the component button on the remote and the On-Off button
3) The On-Off button remains lit. Now press Play (The On-Off button will blink)
4) If, after five seconds, the component does not respond, continue to press the PLAY button every five seconds until the component turns off.
5) When the component turns off, press and release the REVERSE button, then wait two seconds to see if the component turns on again.
6) To save the new code, when the illuminated ON-OFF button turns off, press and release the STOP button.

you can try reprogramming the remote to the remote start but if that doesnt work you will need to purchase a new one.
