I'm sure that this is an Hardware issue, this could be fixed by resetting the printer.Step 1: [Power Drain]
>>Turn off the printer by disconnecting the power cord from the back and also disconnect the power cord from the wall outlet
>>Then Press and hold the ON button for 30 seconds.
>>Connect the power cord, if it did not work go to step 2.Step 2: [ NVM Reset]
>>Take out the Ink Cartridges out.
>>While the printer is on, unhook the power cable from the back of the printer.
>>Press and hold CANCEL and PLAIN PAPER button simultaneously, while holding these two button insert the power cable and keep holding for 10-20 seconds.
>>Release the button and check the printer.
>>If the problem exist, service or replace the printer by calling HP.
