Remove the center inlet port and check for some sort of blockage in the intake jamming the drive paddle.

My new aqua sources toilet when you flush it the bowl fills back up then in about 5 minutes there is hardly any water in the bowl what could be wrong.

being an auqua source the bowl is probably cracked on the inside. Being a plumber, I would go with a mansfield toilet if your looking for a cheap quality toilet, Aqua source is garbage and you can see why

Why does my aqua drive 1100 auto reset pool pump work in intervals of a few seconds.it goes on for a few seconds then stops and after a few minutes it goes on again

Check for restrictions causing the pump motor to be overworked.
Motor is overheating, the the Thermal Overload Switch senses that and will trip. Once the motor cools, it will restart.

Aqua stop hose allows water through when disconnected from Whirlpool dishwasher but stops water when dishwasher demands water

looks to me like as if the direction of the hose is incorrect. Check to see if there is a direction of flow arrow on the hose and point that arrow away from the tap towards the machine.

My 24' above groung pool with a 1.5hp pump and sand filter ssems to be losing prime when i hook up my aqua critter. If i unhook the critter the pump re-primes. Any sugguestions as to why?

Your hose either has a hole in it, at the sections at the waters surface where it is exposed to the air? Even a "Pin" hole will create the symptom you are experiencing.
Or... there is a clog in the unit itself.
It appears that you are either sucking in air, or the water flow is being blocked. The pump should pull water no problem through a vacuum hose or a suction style pool cleaner. If the pump loses prime, then "Water" flow is being restricted either physically are mixing with air.

Brand new Aqua Critter, won't move at all? Checked filter, checked hoses? Still will not move? Now what?

It looks like my cleaner. While it is hooked up to the filter, lift the unit, keep the suction side under water and flip it over. The feet should be moving. Feel for suction on the inlet on the underside.
There is a waterwheel inside the suction. Is it rotating? Is the suction hole clear, sometimes stones, acorns or other solid items get stuck in the suction that stop the water motor.
If there is something stuck inside or if the wheel is not moving, on my unit there are a few screws that can be removed to inspect inside. Naturally before doing this, disconnect the cleaner, drain it and take it to a location where it can be partially disassembled to inspect.

My Aqua Critter seems to get clogged up pretty quickly. We just opened a pool that had been closed for a year. There are a lot of leaves in it. Is that why it cloggs so quickly?

It most certainly is.
The simplest solution, is to sort of half the work for it, by collecting as much leaf litter, as you can with a net, before sending in the critter.
Also, a cover, will drastically minimize the amount of litter entering the water.
Have fun fishing:)
