I have just filled in a form but it asks for my account number which is EA 30002 7860 & it won`t accept that.

I have written this on the form which is not accepted. I really needHELP

First of all I don't advise advertising any personal information online in a public forum, it would be for your own safety, such as account numbers.

You have the wrong version of the Windows installation CD and it does not match the product installation code on the label on the bottom of your laptop. Check the Windows version that is printed on the label.

Seems like you are totally new with the internet so i am telling you everything in detail.Hope this will be more convenient to you.
1-Double click on your internet browser whether it is internet explorer, mozilla, firefox or google chrome.Simple douvle click on it.
2-When your internet browser is open up, type www.gmail.com in the URL and hit enter button.
3-When gmail.com is loaded, look at the top right side of the page there will "Create an account" written in blue.
4-Click on it.
5-A new form page will be shown to you.
6-Read it carefully and fill the form with the correct information.
7-Do not leave any space blank.it is necessary to fill the form completely.
8-Select your desired username for example if you want to make "[email protected]" then type it in the email / username space.if it available then it is ok if it is not available then check the suggestions if it is ok with you.
9-Fill the captcha or numbers shown to you in the end of the form and check the terms and conditions.Agree with them and proceed to the next page.
10-Setup your profile.insert picture etc and it is ready to use now.This will be your google account.

Dear violmaugh,

Go to the forgot password link and enter your email address which you used when signed up.after that check your email they will send you new password.try login using it.if its not work than make new account with new email id ,when you filled up sign-up form than save your page with details you entered so you can remember it for long time.now log-in to your account using new email id and password.

I`ve bought the godfather 2 for my pc, but when i wright down the serial number for the game, it won`t activate, can anyone help?
First check again if you wrote it correctly. If it doesn't work, contact EA technical support and tell them about the problem. They will most likely ask for photo of game with serial showing.
