Unfortunately Back to Basics has decided to do all of their parts in house, so we can no longer get parts from them. We have none of the Blade Assemblies left in stock, so you will have to contact Back to Basics directly.

Smoothie maker 600

Check to see if the jar has any cracks or if the blade assembly or collar have any cracks.
Is it possibly leaking from the tap valve?
If the blades or tap lever are cracked I would recommend replacing them, however if the jar is cracked i would just buy a new blender. These are great for smoothies but they are all discontinued and parts wont be available for much longer.

Back to Basics does all of there parts in-house now. You will have to go through them to get the parts. Their number is 800-688-1989 or you can go through their website, www.westbend.com. Go to support, replacement parts and smoothie makers. That will give you a list of all of the items available for your smoothie maker.

Thank you,

I have the tsk-9368ap blender model. Before I blend, I lock the blade in place on the bottom, while I am blending the blade comes loose, and whatever I am blending starts coming out of the bottom, I'm not...

kalexis - there is no such thing as support for the Durabrand TSK-9368AP - Wal-Mart decided that the products were so cheap that people would buy a new one if it broke. What I would do is take your blender into an Ace or True Value Hardware store, and have someone find a generic gasket that will fit your blender.

sheens1953 - the seal/gasket for the Smoothie Maker Elite can be found here:
