Jenn Air model: JES9860ACW downdraft fan works only on low speed, high speed doesn't work. What could be the problem?
Probably the switch or a burnt out resistor.

there are 4 wires for that red white black and green sure you didnt miss a wire

Rotate the blower to the proper angle
needed for your installation. The blower
can be swiveled 90°. To rotate the blower:
a) Remove the filter from the blower housing
b) Loosen, but do not remove, the nuts
around blower inlet.
c) Rotate the blower housing for the
proper angle.
d) Retighten the four nuts and install the
filter.

How do you get the inside area of the vent clean from the grease and oils where the filter is?? I have a rectangular box style downdraft that the vent goes into the floor, I pulled the filter, but the box is to slender to get an arm into to scrub the grease....... does the bottom come off, or is it a sealed unit? How do you get all the brease from the bottom if you cannot reach it?
