My printer works fine but cannot print incoming email from Gmail. Have a new screen when I click on PDF, behind PDF is all black and my printer will not print when asked.

Got a new screen when printing now. Comes up with all the incoming email I am trying to print. Says " start Printing", and when it works the printer prints double time, most times now nothing comes up and the printer justs sits there and does nothing. I use control P or the printing icon on Gmail.

Try to click on print or do file print and make sure the printer you want to print to is the default printer.

First you need to install this software http://www.printgreener.com/download.html

This is very good software. After installing this you will be getting greenprint, greenprintpdf, greenprint mailpdf in ur print options.

So when you want to print any webpage or any thing just select greenprint pdf as your printer and save it in pdf in your desktop and then give the printout from ur pdf document when ur offline..

This will work sure and it is a great software which i like very much..

Try going to the email it's asking you to confirm. If the confirmation email isn't there, request it to resend the email.

when I enter my email address and password it comes up saying it's wrong, I click on forgot password and nothing is sent to my email address, I've also tried reset password I have friends on facebook and do not want a new account

ou can contact Facebook by email at[email protected], explain your situation, and hope for the best. Your Facebook profile does have a security question, so I recommend that you include that question and answer when you grovel. But with millions of members, I would not expect a speedy response. I'd even suggest that you repeat your request if you haven't heard back in a day or two.

Create a new email

You can have multiple gmail accounts.
Please note that gmail will always default to the last account that you logged on to.

To create a new gmail:
1. When you are in gmail, click on the account icon in the top right corner.
2. Click on "Add Account".


Once you have more than one gmail account, you will need to sign off from one one in order to sign on to another. To do so:

To get to your preferred gmail account, you have to sign out of the one you don't want.
1. When you are in gmail, click on the account icon in the top right corner.
2. Click on "Sign Out".
3. On the "Sign Out" page, click on "Sign in with a different account".
4. Here you should be able to access the gmail account you prefer.

BONUS NOTE:
Just so you know, you can have email from one account automatically forwarded to another email account.
Here is the procedure:

To forward all new emails:

  1. In gmail, click the gear in the top right.

  3. Select the Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab.
  4. Click Add a forwarding address in the "Forwarding" section.
  5. Enter the email address you want to forward to.

  7. Click the verification link in that email.

  11. Click Save Changes at the bottom of the page.

Stop auto-forwarding

If you no longer want to automatically forward your mail, follow these instructions:
    Open the Gmail account that you forward from.
  1. Click the gear in the top right.
  2. Settings.
  3. Select the Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab.
  4. Select Disable forwarding in the "Forwarding" section.
  5. Click the first drop-down menu after "Forward a copy of incoming mail to" and check for any addresses listed as "(in use by a filter)." To disable the forwarding filter, choose the Remove option.

For QuickBooks Pro, Premier, and Enterprise Solutions working on the Windows XP platform:

  1. Choose Windows Start button and open the Printers and Faxes window.
  2. Right-click the QuickBooks PDF Converter icon and choose Properties.
  3. Click the Ports tab. Click the Add Port button.
  4. Select Local Port. Click the New Port button.
  5. For the new port name, enter PDF1. Click OK.
  6. Close the Printer Ports window.
  7. Select the PDF1 checkbox, if it is not already.
  8. Click the Advanced tab.
  9. Select Spool print documents option.
  10. Clear the Enable advanced printing features checkbox.
  11. Select the Print directly to printer option.
  12. Click the Apply button. Click OK.
  13. Choose Windows Start and choose Run.
  14. In the Open field, enter %windir%. Click OK.
  15. Right-click the System32 folder and choose Properties.

Please follow steps below to setup your Gmail to work with Outlook:

Before you can configure Outlook to work with Gmail, you must configure Gmail to work with Outlook. To do that, you must enable the IMAP protocol for your Gmail account. Here are the steps:

1. Log into your Gmail account.
2. Click the gear icon at the top right, then choose Settings.
3. Click Forwarding and POP/IMAP to bring up the POP and IMAP settings.
4. Click Enable IMAP.
5. Click Save Changes.

After you configure Gmail for IMAP, you can add your Gmail account to Outlook. Here are the steps for Microsoft Outlook:

1. Start Outlook.
2. Choose File > Account Settings.
3. In the Account Settings dialog box, click New.
4. Choose Email Account, then click Next.
5. Choose Manual Setup or Additional Server Types, then click Next.

Just click and open the mail.... then click on Print button located on top of your mail page, one preview page will open with your full mail.....as well as the printer list...select your printer, through that you want to print....and click Print...Thats all....enjoy staying with Fixya....Good Luck

Goole Mail configured through Outlook 2003

Go back into your email accounts setup and follow step by step.

under the internet email settings your server info for incoming should be pop.gmail.com and outgoing should be stmp.gmail.com

click on the more settings button

click on the outgoing server tab on the new windown

be sure the my outgoing server requires authentication box is checked and the radio button that says use same settings as incoming is selected.

click the advanced tab

check the box under incoming server that says this server requires an encrypted connection and enter 995 in the value

check the box under out going server that says this server requires an encrypted connection and enter 465 in the value

Your account should work fine with this setting
