I have a Panasonic omnimovie Pv-610 and only one of my vhs tapes plays in fast forward mode, how can I fix?

If you mean just the one and the rest then it was probably recorded in Extended Play mode and nothing can be done.
Otherwise please explain your issues in more detail.

How do you program into the dvd that you want it to fast forward quickly? There is a way but am not sure how it is done.

You don't, you just press the FORWARD button on remote during DVD playback to 'fast forward' (pressing this button a second time during playback increases forward scan speed). The forward and reverse buttons have 'SLOW/SEARCH' printed above them on the remote. The other buttons next to them are the PREV/NEXT buttons (SKIP/INDEX).

DVD playback speed/skip/search is mostly a manual user function; it cannot be auto set.

Hi , I have a Canon AE-1 camera and I'm haviving a problem with the film advance lever . It seems to be stuck . It will not advance. Have you ever come across this problem before? Thanks ,John.

Canon AE-1 35mm SLR is a manual focus camera EOS is Canon's designation of auto focus EOS stands for Electro-Optical System. The problem you are experiencing is caused by several little things that throws the camera, wind and cocking leaver out of synchronization or simply come to the end of the roll. There is a frame counter window just to the left of the shutter release behind the shutter speed dial. Also if you have just loaded film in the camera it may not be seated correctly check by releasing the rewind button, wind the film back but not all the way and open the camera to restart the film.

Operating instructions for dsr pd177p sony video camera. I am not in postion to operate the camera, please guide how to operate the camera.

It is not very easy to say few lines to tutor ,but learn to use only by experience.Put the battery on for charging.Once fully charged slide the power switch to camera.Open the lens cap ,open the view finder display. Now you can see the picture on your screen.Set the camera to auto focus.show the camera to a white screen so as to white balance the camera. Now point at an object and do a trial Zooming using the auto zoom with your finger. The image will come closer and you can draw it to white screen.Having an object in view on the white screen, press the record button.Slowly move the zoom forward to get the right frame of the object.Press reccording button once again to stop.Repeat the process on different scenes.
Now shift the mode switch to play and rewind and play the reccorded portion.Practice.

How do I use the index mark function?

Index marks work when the record function is activated, it puts a signal at the start of the recording. So when you put several tv shows on one tape, you can find them. Most video's have a scan button or index button, sometimes it's on a menu. When activated the video will go into fast forward or reverse till it finds an index mark. It will then go into play mode. Some videos will stop playing after a short period and the start searching again, unless you press play. Others have index numbers so you can search for the third recording for example. Commercial videos films etc do not have index marks on.
