Don't buy this brand anymore, and be sure all your friends know not to also. I have a GE, GSD4000J, it is less than 2 years old, I have used it maybe at most 6 times. Now it will not drain, washes with the same water, does a terrible job of washing. I own a remodeling service, I will never buy GE products for any of my jobs from this day forward. Have not been able to get any help from GE, they don't seem to stand behind their products at all, or care about their customers once you have bought their products.

Same problem for me. It's rinsing with dirty water and doesn't completely drain. It's a built in Bosch purchased 5 years ago.
my dishwasher wont drain after the wash cycle. We have a new garbage disposal if that makes any difference. I pulled the drain hose off disposal to see if it was clogged. It wasn't. I removed the screen inside to see if it had something clogging it from the inside. It was clean.
