Hi, i think your thermostat is busted. You can buy these online. Depending on the age of your pressure cooker, it may be easier to buy a new one?

They do not have a manual for the Kenwood Chef A701. However, there is a manual for a Kenwood Chef A701 available for download see www.kenwoodservice.co.uk/instructions/UK/instructions-A701.pdf. There is also some discussion on Martin Lewis' Money Saving Expert Forum see forums.moneysavingexpert.com, about instructions for the Kenwood Chef. I hope this is of some help to you.
