It may be that you have a corrupt file in the print queue, a quick fix is possible - switch the power socket OFF, disconnect the PC/Network connections.
power on the printer, it should have had time to clear the memory now, see if the machine is able to print a menu page or config sheet ( open menu enter the information menu- print config sheet:)
if the printeris able to do thiswith no network connections you have eliminated the printer from the problem. next switch on and log into your PC, still disconnected from printer, open print queue and delete all documents from the queue ( your not deleting the files ( just the print requests)) once this is done then reconnect the printer and send first a windows test page ( confirm working connections first ) then attempt to print the failed file - if it fails in the same manner - the file was your problem.
