I have a apple iPad Pro the volume button to turn it up on top stopped clicking and working to turn up to turn down that button works?

You need to take it in to your nearest Apple store. It’s worth making the appointment to ask them to do a diagnostic on your iPad Pro because you’re invested $$$ It may sound like a hassle but believe me it’s totally worth your time & energy. Just bit the bullet & make that appointment you’ll be glad you did. I hope all goes well!

My toy blast game on my iPad is stuck on waiting and can't get it to work and won't let me delete the game either

first power on and off the iPad, if you have closed out of the tab by double clicking and restarted the iPad and it does not allow you to delete it, get the charger cable. plug the ipad end into the ipad and the usb end into a computer. it will ask you how do you want to handle the files. click open and view(the little folder) find toy blast file and right click -->delete and presto you are cured!

I need to get rid of my passcode on my ipad 9.7 pro and my iphone 7plus i need help asap thank you

You can remove passcode from iPad by restoring your device with iTunes.

Step 1. If you've matched up your iPad with iTunes, you can reestablish your device.
Step 2. Associate your gadget to the PC you matched up with.
Step 3. Open iTunes. On the off chance that requested a password, attempt another PC you've synchronized with, or utilize recuperation mode.

Sit tight for iTunes to match up your iPad and make reinforcement.
Once the synchronization and reinforcement have finished, click Restore. After clicking Restore, you have successfully remove iPad passcode with iTunes.

Have to completely turn my iPad off each time I want to play because it freezes up

There seems to be a software glitch. The best way to fix this is to backup your iPad on iTunes or iCloud first then restore your iPad to factory settings by:
Clicking on the 'Settings' Icon, then General > Reset.
** Remember to make sure you have backed up your iPad as mentioned above **
Finally click on 'Erase All Content and Settings'

Once this is complete you can restore your iPad via the method you used to backup the iPad, either iTunes or iCloud

How do I transfer my iPad photos to my computer

First, Plug your iPad into your computer using a iPad charging cable, iTunes will usually by default open, just hide the window,, as well an AUTOPLAY window should open, find where you can see "open folders", click, Windows explorer will show an internal storage image file, double click the internal storage image, you should see a folder called DCIM, double click the DCIM folder. Once open, you should see several folders with funny numbers and letters, they make no sense, but, this is where images that were either, captured by camera or, from the iPad desktop capture feature will be stored, along with any other software that has the ability to capture an image and save it to the camera roll. You can open a folder or select one by clicking once on it, then press CTRL & the letter "?", this selects all the folders, the press CTRL & the letter "C" this will copy all the selected folders, then open your pictures folder, or where ever you'd like the images saved, press CTRL & the letter "P" this will now paste all the folders with the images from your ipad into the location you have selected. Done! Alternately you can sync your iPad, however you must first select the correct setting within iTunes to sync to the correct folder, as well you can turn on iCloud Drive and sync your photo's to the cloud system, which leaves a folder with all the synced images inside the iCloud folder. I hope you have found this information helpful, if you have please leave a positive rating. Good Luck!

Apple i-pad air boots up to a larger screen, the touch icons are hard to move.

Hi Julie
If by larger screen, you mean Zoomed screen, it could be that you have turned on zoom in Settings / Accessability.
Also.... the iPad is "booted up" all the time. Generally all you are doing is Waking the iPad from sleep or screen in sleep mode.
To ReBoot your iPad (worth doing every month or so) First quit all Apps by double clicking round button and individually swipe each open App upward to shut the App down. When all apps are turned off, Hold the Top button & Round Button in together for about 5-10 seconds. This will shut the iPad down completely. When all off, Press the top button in for about 5 seconds. You will see the Apple logo while it ReBoots. This usually fixes any minor glitches etc in the Apps. If a particular App is giving problems, you can hold your finger down on it till the X shows in the LH Top of its icon. Click this and it will be wiped off your iPad. Then re download it for free through the App Store and check to see if problem has gone.

Hope this proves useful.

What is the specifications of the new iPad HD?

Hi Steven,

You can access the new iPad's specifications on the official Apple website. The specs on the new iPad (or iPad HD) can be found by clicking here.

In terms of weight, you are correct-- the new iPad is just over 1/10th of a pound heavier than the iPad 2. Usually devices get lighter as they get deeper into the development cycle, but this was a decision Apple probably made in order to fit their bigger battery into the device (which was needed because of the new Retina Display-- a beauty, but a battery hog).

How you felt the 1/10th of a pound difference I don't think I'll ever know. Either way, good call!
