That tells you that the network coverage in your house is not reached by a network station.

How do I find who lived my home since it was built in 1955. Can I find out who died in this house?

The title deed will list who lived in the house. This is lodged with whomever owns the mortgage, usually the bank. You local authority also has a list under the land transfers.

Regarding who died in the house, ask neighbours, Google your full address and then just the road and town/city. Click the 'News' tab on Google.

Reinforced concrete walls contain steel bars and will prevent reduce radio signals from reaching your cell phone.
You maybe able to get a strong signal near a window provided the cell phone transmitter tower is not on the other side of the building.

Hello, the gps signal is not working on my tom tom one n14644. I've tried numerous attemps to find the signal, but I am unsuccessful, can you guys help me?

I am glad to HELP YOU!

I'd suggest you - first thing first - to make sure your TomTom device is getting the proper signal. Maybe in the area where you've tested it are too many tall buildings or too strong magnetic fields. So I'd say to get your device in a park or even outside the city/town limits and to retry to acquire the satellites signal.
If you will have the same result that will lead to the opinion that the GPS receiver itself it's damaged and must be replaced.
If your device is still under a warranty terms & conditions - then take it back to the dealer and ask for a total replacement or for a total refund. DON'T TRY TO FIX BY YOURSELF THE GPS RECEIVER! It's too fragile and maybe you will end up with a useless device...!
Anyway - before any attempt make sure your TomTom battery IS FULLY CHARGED!

My best regards!
... and don't forget to RATE, please...

3g iPhone switched to E even though i'm in my house and have full coverage so very very slow and useless! is there anything I can do or is it a chip problem?

The structure/location of your house may cause signal interference. One of my former workplaces had almost no signal throughout their building.
An easy solution would be to set up wireless internet at your home and switch your phone to wi-fi while you are home. This would actually be faster than 3g internet.

I am having signal problem

this is because the strength of the signal coming inside your house is less so the mobile is not picking up the signal.this is because of the walls and bulkheads surrounding the room which reduces the strength of the signal

Singals are not stable when inside the house

try this out
*#3370# - Enhanced Full Rate Codec (EFR) activation. Increase signal strength, better signal reception. It also help if u want to use GPRS and the service is not responding or too slow. Phone battery will drain faster though.
*#3370* - (EFR) deactivation. Phone will automatically restart. Increase battery life by 30% because phone receives less signal from network.
