Labels must be old. Normally that's no problem.

Leaking stickey resin around lable

I just bought a one owner gently used machine and it had the same issue. I thought when I saw it the lady had spilled something on it. I brought it home and realized it was like the glue that held on the label was oozing out. I used Goo Gone and it cleaned off with a little elbow grease.

Something - like a piece of paper almost ribbon like - is printing on all of my pages. How do I clean out the printer of small pieces like this?

Did you have a label come off in there? If so you need to remove the Primary transfer unit and use alcohol to clean the sticky residue off of it. There is a change that you will need to replace the transfer belt and cleaning blade if it is really bad. If you are sure it is not a lable in there could you post a scan of your problem for me?

Rubbermaid Reveal mop trigger sticking

I bought 2 rubbermaid reveal spray mops before I figured this out. You'll need a Phillips and flat head screwdriver & a can of WD40. On the compartment that holds the liquid cleaner bottle there are 2 screws and 1 screw on the connector piece to the mop head. Unscrew all three. The one by the mop head came out and the other two stayed in their holes. Then with a flathead screwdriver gently pull the seam along the side apart. You only need 1/2-1 inch of a gap. If you pull it open all the way you'll pop a few other pieces out of place and have to piece them all back together- so gently! Then spray some WD40 in along the exposed spring using the red straw that comes with the can. Close the gap, hold it together and try the trigger a few times. If the trigger is still sticking spray more WD40 in until it frees up. Then screw your screws back in and it's as good as new!

My printer appears to be printing the lables but

Make sure you are using thermal paper roll and not regular label roll.

Printing Labels

The MPF is simply the "Manual Paper Feed".
Your printer is set by default that the MPF paper type is "plain paper". Since you are telling the printer that you are trying to print lables, the printer is simply telling you that you need to load the MPF with lables.

If you say "ok", the printer sould continue and print the lables.

If you only print lables, the you can change the default paper for the MPF tray to "lables", and then you will no longer be prompted to load the tray.

Labels will not auto feed

Have you gone into your print driver and changes the settings there?
I am not sure with your inormation if you have changed the settings on the printer or in the driver.
What it sounds like is happening is that there is a mismatch between the printer and computer.
It may even be set so that it is looking for lables in a bypass tray.
Somewhere there is a mismatch in information as to where the labels are loaded.
Start at the driver properties page and confirm every step in your setup.
